Automatic logon in Windows XP

In this article is explained how to turn on automatic logon in Windows XP. Basically it means the modifications of the following keys:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon]
"DefaultUserName"="<user>"
"AutoAdminLogon"="1"
"DefaultPassword"="<password>"

where <user> is the desired user to logon and <password> is the password for that user.
